LAHORE: Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed on Friday slammed the US ban on Milli Muslim League (MML) saying that ‘parties that are banned by the US hold credibility’.
Speaking at a rally, Hafiz Saeed said that “Any party that is banned by the US is the one that actually holds some credibility.” He added that those who were behind the attack on a seminary in Kunduz – which left upto 150 civilians dead – were ‘enemies of Islam’.
He also asked Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to speak for the cause of Kashmir. Saeed however warned that if PM Abbasi was to support the people of Kashmir, the US might exclude him from the list of loyalists, but that he said ‘would be a matter of honour’.
The JuD chief also vowed to visit every corner of Pakistan to spread the cause of Kashmir and that the campaign in support of Kashmir ‘will make Modi worry about India’.
